Membership Fee (mandatory unless lifetime member) for each attendee	$10
Conference Fee (if paid by October 25, 2015) One attendee in your group   $125 Two attendees in your group  $150 ( that's $75 each) Three attendees in your group  $200 (that's $66.67 each) All attendees in your group will need to register at the same time
Undergraduate Student Conference Fee includes Friday lunch and dinner, and breaks at conference	$25
Spouse or non-conference participant Meal Fee	$50
